By applying for the SaaSquatchAI Startup Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. 12-Month Commitment: Applicants must commit to a 12-month usage of SaaSquatchAI services. During this time, SaaSquatchAI will waive the subscription fee but may collect fees based on usage.

2. Startup Information Accuracy: All information provided in this application must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification from the program.

3. Program Usage: Participants agree to utilize the tools and services provided by SaaSquatchAI to grow their business actively. SaaSquatchAI reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure adherence to program terms.

4. Startup Eligibility: Acceptance into the program is contingent on SaaSquatchAI’s evaluation of the startup’s potential, commitment, and alignment with program goals.

5. Feedback and Collaboration: With prior consent, participants agree to provide feedback about their experience and allow SaaSquatchAI to use their startup as a case study or testimonial.

6. Termination of Program: SaaSquatchAI reserves the right to terminate participation in the program for violations of the terms or failure to meet usage or commitment expectations.

7. Payment of Waived Fees Upon Early Termination: If a participant fails to complete the 12-month commitment or is terminated due to violations of the terms, the participant agrees to pay the full value of the waived subscription fees for the duration of the program.

8. Confidentiality: SaaSquatchAI will maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information submitted as part of this application.
